Mythology

The mythology layer holds worked examples — historical readings, counterfactuals, and speculative narratives — that make the protocol intelligible without contaminating the spec's defensibility. The spec is what HOP normatively requires; the mythology illustrates. Attacking a worked reading does not invalidate the spec primitive it illustrates.
